Breast care during pregnancy
1. Check the nipple to see if your nipples flat or into a way to massage the nipple base slowly. Normal nipple will protrude. If your nipples remain flat or go back into the breast, since 3 months pregnant should be improvements in order to stand out. The trick is to use both the index finger or thumb, the area around the nipple are sorted in the opposite direction toward the bottom of the breast until the breast area. Perform twice a day for 6 minutes.
2. Both palms soaked in coconut oil, then the nipple until the areola (area around the nipple with a darker color) is compressed with coconut oil for 2-3 minutes. The goal is to soften the dirt or crust attached to the nipple for easy cleaning. Do not clean with alcohol because it can cause sore nipples. Furthermore, both the nipple is held and then pulled, rotated inward and outward (counterclockwise). Base of the breast is held with both hands, then rubbed into the nipples as much as 30 times a day. Then massage the areola to come out 1-2 drops. After that, your nipples dry and clean with a clean towel.
3. Wash your breast using water, then massage using oil. Massage done with both hands, around the breast sorted rotate clockwise and then reverse / anti-clockwise. After that do the ordering from the bottom toward the nipple, but the nipple itself need not be because no glandulous massage. After the massage, knock-knock breasts using fingertips or the tip knuckle.
4. To overcome the discomfort at the enlarged breasts, wear a bra that fits and can hold. Do not wear too tight or loose, but it should really fit according to breast size at the time and can sustain breast development.
5. Hold both ends of the shoulder with hands, then elbows rotated forward so that the inner arm massage breast upward. Continued upward movement of the hand to the back and returned to its original position. Perform this exercise 20 times a round.
